This trip is the most generous gift I have ever received, especially meaningful because of my lifelong passion for Canadian history. By circumstance my travel experiences in Canada have been limited to Ontario. Most Canadians say they have visited every province except NFLD. By great good fortune I am beginning in NFLD. I am thrilled to have this opportunity to go beyond books and Internet sites to explore St. John’s.
